FAQ
Does it require an app download?
No. Runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
How long does integration take?
A working demo with your first frame takes about 1–2 weeks. A full catalogue depends on the number of frames — a few days of 3D modeling per frame, and the website integration itself is a one-day copy-paste job.
Do you use a third-party SDK?
No commercial try-on platform — so no per-user or per-view license fees. It runs on open-source technology: Google MediaPipe for face tracking and Three.js for 3D rendering.
What do we need to provide?
If you already have 3D files of your frames (any common format), send those — it’s fastest. Otherwise, reference photos from multiple angles plus basic measurements. We handle the 3D modeling and integration either way.
Can we customize the UI?
Yes. Colors, fonts, button style, frame selector — all match your store.
Is customer camera data stored anywhere?
No. All face tracking runs locally in the customer’s browser — no video or face data is ever uploaded to any server.
